Here’s Antoine Gerbelle’s tasting commentary: “Sweet aromas expressing greater maturity, with a hint of sweetness that few 2021 wines have. Full-bodied style. Vinification in “grilled” vats, with 80% destemming. Aged in stainless steel vats for 9 months.
