12 December 2023 Our award-winning Maître de Chai at AU PIED DE COCHON restaurant

Château Bellevue and Élodie Rousselot are honored to have been awarded the “Tire-Cochon” prize by Parisian institution “Au Pied de Cochon”. We are honored to have our wines served in this brasserie located at 6, rue Coquillière in the 1st arrondissement.

The setting, atmosphere and cuisine can all be summed up in one word: “Pleasure”… which makes us all the more delighted to have our MORGON “Les Charmes” on the menu! Since 1947, this restaurant, located in the heart of the capital, has been offering seafood platters, artisanal charcuterie and its own specialties: grilled pig’s trotters, pig’s trotters stuffed Périgourdine-style, and 14-hour confit ribs! And what a match for our Morgon, with its pleasant cherry-griotte aromas and delicious kirsch notes.

In November 2023, José Dufour, after 14 years at the helm, held his last “Tire-Cochon” awards ceremony. The ceremony took place on the 3rd Thursday in November. A symbolic day, Beaujolais Nouveau’s day, the wine festival by excellence, which the restaurant honored with a “chef’s lunch”, a sort of giant, festive banquet-brunch!
