Saturday June 18th our dinner took place at Château Bellevue for the Bienvenue en Beaujonomie festival.
It was a very beautiful summer evening in the heart of our verdant setting in the heart of the Cru MORGON. During this timeless moment, the wines of the Château perfectly welcomed the delicious dishes such as Coq ivre in red wine, vegetables, Beaujolais shiitacké, potato estouffade; concocted by Le Coq in Juliénas. The jazzy atmosphere of M’COCO Trio and the spice games organized by Jean-Pierre, botanist of the Tête d’Or park in Lyon, punctuated this magical evening.
