All of our wines were bottled this week: Les Charmes, but also new “Climats”: Grand Cras and Côte du Py!
After 9 months of aging on fine lees, our wines are ready, the bottling took place at the Château by an outside company in compliance with a meticulous protocol.
As a reminder, the 2019 vintage underwent very satisfactory climatic conditions in summer (sun, light, drought): some excess temperature during the heat wave (July) compensated by sufficient watering in August to finish with an exceptionally hot September. This led to optimal maturity, perfect balance and ideal harvest conditions.
