With its rural, vineyard setting skimming the peaks of the Monts du Beaujolais , the Château offers a haven of relaxation untouched by time.
In 2024: the Château was awarded the prize for “Best Welcome in the Vineyard” by La Revue du Vin de France.
A 19th-century mansion overlooking the village of Villié-Morgon, at the heart of the Beaujolais wine region, it was once inhabited by one of the Lumière Brothers’ children as well as by Princess Lieven, née Chateaubriand.
The 5 bedrooms
The East Wing of the Château houses the guest rooms. The Château staff will give you a warm welcome all year round and will ensure you have a comfortable stay. All bedrooms overlook the park and are designed to accommodate 2 adults. Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning, don’t hesitate to ask us.

Nous recommandons avec certitude. Nous avions récemment réservé 4 chambres pour un anniversaire familial pour notre... plus grand bonheur! Un château au cœur du vignoble (paysage extraordinaire) , des chambres spacieuses et confortables, une disponibilité de tous les instants du maître des lieux, discret mais toujours présent, un arboretum à découvrir absolument. Bref l'endroit idéal pour retrouver la zénitude et découvrir la région. Un seul regret: ne pas avoir eu le temps de découvrir le domaine viticole. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois, à coup sûr.read more

Nous avons passé un super séjour au gîte du château.Des chambres pratiques et fonctionnelles avec une super... literie.La salle commune et la cuisine sont très bien équipées.Tout était parfait et l’accueil et la disponibilité d’Anna y sont pour beaucoup.Je recommande vivement !!!read more

Cadre magnifique, château bien entretenu avec parc arboré au milieu des vignes. Un mot particulier pour la... gentillesse à l’accueil et lors de la visite de la cave. Excellent séjour !!Un accueil aux petits soins par Anna suivi de passionnantes dégustations de la part de Tristan le... Maître de chai... For your wedding, private or business reception, family lunch or evening event, we can reserve the Château for your exclusive use. You will have use of:
– All outdoor areas: the 3-hectare park, the Château’s covered terrace with a magnificent view of the Beaujolais region.
– 2 reception rooms with a total area of 150m² that can provide seating for up to 130 people. The wine cellar and the inner courtyard can also be exploited.
– 5 guest rooms and a 5-bedroom apartment for 12 people to accommodate your guests.
